Thanks for the link, Randal. I'm looking forward to seeing it. We've been watching Don Wildman for several years and always enjoy his shows. Do you know if he'll be interacting with Mike Kauffman during the episode?

Should be interesting show.

I forgot to mention. Author Kate Larson also appears with Kauffman. This will be a barn burner! (sorry Steve, a bad pun)!  Grin

As always, Mike Kauffman gave a great tour of the escape route, but there needs to be a little more time spent
on the subject. I also enjoyed Kate Larson being interviewed at the Wok & Roll Restaurant, the former home of Mary Surratt. I think HBO was going to do a seven part series on the escape, capture and killing, which was based on the book "Manhunt" by James Swanson. It's been shelved for way to long.

Anyway, it was great to see our local sites on the tube!

It was very neat to see some of the sites. I thought Mike and Kate did very, very well. Not so much the other people. Reality T.V. is still perpetrating the same 'ol "myths" though! Overall, I thought it was horrible. Except for Mike and Kate.  Smiley

Little things stand out for me. Such as, why wasn't Mike and Don wearing Life preservers when rowing the boat?  Grin Shocked

Good eye, Randal!  I didn't notice it at the time, but I can say that those little things stand out bigtime to the DNR police that patrol the river. Not just that, but the water off of Dent's Meadow is almost 100 feet deep, so life vests are definitely in order.
